Account Creation, Security & Suspension Policy
Account Registration Requirements
To create an account on gems500, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed. Valid identification or documentation may be requested for account verification.
Account Security Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials, password, and security codes confidential. Sharing or transferring account access to another person is prohibited. Any suspected unauthorized access to your account must be reported to gems500 immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Gems500 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons: providing false information, violating the terms and conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, or attempting to compromise the platform's security or harm other users. In the event of account closure, the process for returning any valid balance will be determined after reviewing the original terms.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on gems500 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Full account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be accepted.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own terms, which are clearly stated alongside each offer. Withdrawing bonus funds may require meeting specific wagering requirements. If bonus abuse or a breach of terms is detected, gems500 reserves the right to void the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
Suspicious Transactions & Verification
Gems500 reserves the right to temporarily suspend and review any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or linked to money laundering. Additional documentation or information may be requested during this process. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. gems500 may revise minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at any time.
